Long story short, I phoned BHP for the first time and they managed to squeeze me in as they knew how desperate I was. I had a friendly welcome on arrival, offered a drink and had my hair washed, trimmed, dried and straightened by the lovely Chloe. I was happy with hair cut. More off than I’d planned but it needed it tbh and she did check with me first. I will definitely go back.

There is always a cheerful greeting from the staff wheI when l arrive. My hair is really well cut making me feel feel really smart and ready to face the World again. Thank you for looking after me over the last few years years Jannine long may it continue ,

The whole team are such a welcoming bunch, from the minute you walk in, until you leave. Ellie (my stylist) is the most personable, skilled hairdresser I have found (and at 53 I’ve been through some!) that’s me done now. This one is for keeps.
