Senior Stylist Charlene Morris began her hairdressing career in 1998, qualifying two years later.   During her career she has gained extensive experience as a stylist and salon manager.  

Which styles or colours do you love doing? I love any form of colouring. Art is my passion so I love getting creative and doing experiments with colouring and cuts.

What's the best thing about being a hairdresser?  Seeing clients leave with a smile on their faces.

Which celebrity hair would you like to get your hands on and why? Jerry Hall - she's had the same style since the 1980s. It's lovely hair but I'd cut it a lot shorter and add a soft fringe

Who or what inspires you to create fabulous hair?  Celebrites/catwalk/ hair exhibitions and hair courses that we regularly attend.  They all help to keep me motivated.

If you had to live on a desert island, which three hair products would you take with you?  Biolage sunsorials shampoo, conditioner and treatment - complete sun protection.

What is your ultimate ambition?  To make my daughter proud of me and be a great role model to her.

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Witty, honest and cheeky.

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise others!  I am a bit of a bookworm, I love a great book.

What do you love about being a receptionist?  They say variety is the spice of life - well it is in our salon!

Which celebrity would you like to see walk into the salon... and why? Daniel Craig.  He looks great, sounds great and is very easy on the eye.

Who or what inspires you?  Good taste.

What is your ultimate ambition? To stay the same.

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Fresh, smiley and approachable.

Which styles or colours do you love creating?  I love creating short hairstyles for boys or girls - short, sharp Sassoon-esque structures and big bouncy blow dries.

What's the best thing about being a hairdresser?  Every client leaves happier than when he/she came in.

Which celebrity hair would you like to get your hands? Chrissie Hynde or Fearne Cotton

Who or what inspires you to create fabulous hair?  My team, myself, the amazing planet we live on that we should stop abusing.

If you had to live on a desert island, which hair products would you take with you?  Shampoo and Living Proof amp.

What is your ultimate ambition?  To stay healthy and happy.

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Demanding, passionate and perfectionist.

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise others!  I competed at the Isle Of Man TT races as a sidecar passenger 3 times.

Charlotte Dodd began her hairdressing career when she joined BHP in 2011 at the tender age of 16.  Now a fully qualified stylist, Charlotte tells us a little bit about herself...

Which styles or colours do you love doing?  Root drag/ balayage because it is a chance to be creative and I also love cutting, doing restyles from long hair to short. 

What's the best thing about being a hairdresser?  Being creative with hair, pleasing clients and making them happy & chatting to all the different clients.

Which celebrity hair would you like to get your hands on and why? Kate Middleton because she  always has the same hairstyle so I'd love to do different colours and styles which are more on trend.

Who or what inspires you to create fabulous hair?  Latest magazines, celebrities and London Fashion Week.

If you had to live on a desert island, which three hair products would you take with you?  Living Proof Restore Shampoo and Conditioner and No Frizz Styling Cream.

What is your ultimate ambition?  To continue to be creative with the latest hair in the salon and be a part of doing wedding hair.

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Friendly, happy and chatty.
